Wholesale Terms & Conditons

ORDER MINIMUMS

The minimum order amount is $150.
Please see product listings for specific product/style minimum quantities.

For online ordering, product prices are shown as the case price, not per unit.

PRODUCT SETS

Products sold as sets, including gift wrap rolls, gift tag and bottle tag sets must remain in original packaging and not be broken up for sale as individual items. Doing so will result in your wholesale account being closed.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by credit card or EFT at time of ordering, or you can choose to receive an emailed invoice if you prefer.

If requested, an invoice will be provided within 2 business days of your order being received.

Orders will not be shipped before payment is received.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the case of wrong or damaged goods we must be notified within 2 business days of you receiving your order, and they must be returned to us within 7 business days to be exchanged. Returns or exchanges will not be permitted for change of mind or if products are not sold.

Cancellations will be permitted within 24 hours of placing your order, if it hasn't been shipped yet.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within 1 week, providing payment has been received.
Please note, at peak times processing times may be up to 2 weeks.

Shipping is a flat rate for standard shipping, with an express post option too.

Australia Post and Sendle (Couriers please/Aramex depending on location) are used for shipping. If you have a preference please leave a note at checkout.
